Travertine Care Guide:
Wash with a clean, damp cloth. A small amount of mild dishwashing liquid can be used.
Dust the pits/holes regularly or use a soft-bristled brush with water and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths.
Prevent marks and stains, by avoiding hot items, or acidic substances (coffee, juice, wine, tomato sauce) on the travertine. Wipe spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on surface to prevent scratches.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund, replacement or store credit.
Please send this request to us via email.

The refund/replacement will be completed within 10 business days of Lilly Sheridan receiving the returned goods.

In order to qualify for a refund or a replacement, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact the Lilly Sheridan team via email, ensuring to attach photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as soon as we can.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase.
