Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: 

1. General Information
We are proud to offer domestic shipping across Australia.  All orders are processed and shipped from our Melbourne-based location.  Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping, under 5kg (2-8 business days): $14.95
- Standard Shipping, over 5kg (2-8 business days): $21.95
- Express Shipping, under 5kg (1-4 business days): $17.95
- Express Shipping, over 5kg (1-4 business days): $29.95

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
We ship to addresses within Australia - including P.O. Boxes.  

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages
If your item(s) arrives damaged/faulty, please contact the Lilly Sheridan team via email, ensuring to attach photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as soon as we can.  

8. International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship outside Australia. 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: 

We want you to love your new purchase, just as much as we do! 
Please see below for more information regarding our Return Policy. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund, or a replacement.  Please send this request to us via email.  
1. We recommend sending your item(s) back via tracked postage and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer. 
2. We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is due to the Lilly Sheridan team (eg. wrong item sent to you by mistake).  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund/replacement will be completed within 10 business days of Lilly Sheridan receiving the returned goods.
In order to qualify for a refund or a replacement, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Change of Mind: 
As per Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer an exchange or store credit for any change of mind orders, or incorrectly ordered items.  Refunds are only applicable to faulty items. We do not refund for any change of mind purchases or requests to cancel your order. 

Damaged/Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact the Lilly Sheridan team via email, ensuring to attach photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as soon as we can.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase.
