If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund, replacement or store credit.

The refund/replacement will be completed within 10 business days of Lilly Sheridan receiving the returned goods.

In order to qualify for a refund or a replacement, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact the Lilly Sheridan team via email, ensuring to attach photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as soon as we can.
